That's why I can't bake very often....brought home the leftover pie from Jenny's and we can't resist it. I had mine this morning...Gary finished it off tonight. And boy, was it delish!
As for today...it was another beauty and we were in the mid 70s. Not used to this yet.
I love the gardens at this time of the year.
At 10am we had a special chorus rehearsal at the Baptist Church. I sat next to the grand piano and could not hear a thing.
On the way home I stopped at Wegmans. These trees are all around the parking lot.
Very dramatic.
Looked like rain off and on so I ended up putting the girls in by 7.
So what do you think about Angels' coat? I think she wants to be a zebra.
We did not eat dinner until 8.
Gary was creating a new garden, as we have so many strawberry runners they are growing over the sides of the raised beds.
I did the grilling tonight.
Threw some peas in the pilaf at the last minute.
Big yum.
Night all.

Rhubarb pie for breakfast, rhubarb pie for lunch, rhubarb pie for dessert -- rhubarb pie anytime!
I've been known to have a piece of leftover pie for breakfast too. Good thing you added that whipped cream to the pie. That way you're sure to get your daily dairy along with the fruit!
Pie for breakfast! Yum!
Berlin sure is getting shiny already.
