Blurry

Wet snow and ended up just above freezing.

Late morning I had an appointment with my eye doctor....expected to be told I need cataract surgery, but not quite yet.  The last thing she did....dialated my eyes.  Driving home was interesting.  Ironically, Gary had his annual check up at 3 so I dropped him off and then took Little Wonder to the groomers.

There is a photographer in this area who does portraits and has shows of her work.  Her themes vary from year to year and she has taken some amazing photos of the homeless.  This year she is doing "old" people and is going to include me.  That's not really the title of the show....that's what I am saying.  Anyway, after the photos are ready for framing, she is going to have us write something about ourselves on the mats.  She is looking for wild color and some funkiness with a story.  She views me as an artist.  Today I sent her some photos of our house so we can figure out where to do the shoot.  I will also take her out to the Studio.  Maybe I will include my ukulele!  Got any suggestions?

Little Wonder's groomer has given notice that she will be retiring and going back to school to become a nurse.  He was good for her today and will be able to go there one more time in May.  Then, I have to find a new one.  That is scary, as he is not that hot for new people.  Dropped him off at 3....
and picked him up at 4:30 before picking up Gary.  Perfect timing.

Rebel's flowers are fading, so I picked out the survivors and made a new bouquet for the kitchen table.

Little Wonder looks so cute and he smells great.

A late start on dinner....for the first time in history I made some tater tots (Gary loves them when we go to Barber's for a meal) along with open faced cheeseburgers with onions.  Our homemade dill pickles....of course.  Tasted great.
Night all.

LW looks great. I have to get our girls groomed - they need a good 'de-thatching' and a bath would be lovely - they are getting rather doggy! I think a picture of you with the uke would be great...or with a drum!

Your kitchen looks like a perfect spot to showcase your cooking skills. Not many people today cook meals as much as you do. It’s a healthy option growing old so I think your food preparation keeps you young. Kathy

Little Wonder is quite the good looking pup. My own pup is watching me as I type this and I am adding "everyone thinks their pup is the cutest and everyone is right." A photo of you with the uke sounds fun; I have a painting of my dog playing the ukelele and wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

I love your house and think any room in it would showcase you as an artist. LW looks so handsome.
