The evergreen tree looks so beautiful! You and I cut our roasted potatoes the same. Sort of different, as most people cut them in chunks. So much better in medallions, as the surface area is increased! Enjoy the snow. We were 50 degrees today and sheets of ice everywhere and mud! Ugh.

Yesterday we had snow like this, then it rained, so now we've got wet, slippery ice everywhere. I'd much rather have the snow.
