Every year on the first Friday after school starts, the teachers association holds a picnic out at Hamlin Beach State Park. Gary and I have not gone for years. Interestingly enough, there were as many retirees as active teachers and it was good to see everyone. It was 90 degrees earlier, and a perfect night to be near the water.

I like the idea of 90 degrees! I think it was 40 this morning. I think we get up to 60, but it doesn't feel all that warm to me anymore. Fall. Ick.
