It was cold and windy today, but I dressed for it and got on my John Deere to mow/mulch the lawn. We are not into raking over an acre, so I can't wait until the leaves are so deep I can't get through them.
There was a lot of drama in the sky.
Gary spent a lot of time getting more of the gardens in order.
This afternoon I took it easy and the sun warmed up the west side of the house.
I brought this begonia in from the porch a couple of weeks ago and put it in the bedroom where it gets terrific morning light. I think the conditions there are perfect because it has remained gorgeous.
I made a good dinner tonight. 2 oz. of roast beef on pumpernickel bread with sauerkraut (leached), a piece of Swiss cheese and some homemade Russian dressing. (Used my panini maker). I also peeled and leached 2 potatoes which I then roasted in the oven. My version of French fries. Almost a normal meal.
Not too much excitement around here.
Night all.
I hope you have voted. Did you see or hear the news today? Why does T want a ship near Mara Lago? Hmmm. What's next?

Now that I did not hear. He's fallen off the sanity cliff. We will vote on the 3rd. No anticipation of trouble in red country. You get some of the best sky scenes and light. I stopped mulching leaves a long time ago.
