Just above freezing and a little spitting snow.
I managed to go to Wegmans, then Alice came over to pick up shoes that she left here when we went to see Buddy. After that, we headed to Barber's for lunch. It's been months since we have done that.
I swear, old age is banging my body around lately. Took it easy by the fire this afternoon with my buddy.
Tonight it was every man for himself with dinner. Gary had leftover beans, coleslaw and egg rolls. I had egg rolls, a banana and an orange with some chow mein noodles.
Last night Michele sent me a folder of photos that I can do whatever with. Here's one. I am so out of gas......
Night all.

If you are out of gas, I don't know what the prices are up your way, but our petrol stations have increased the charge per litre even before the fuel companies are paying higher prices !!! Cheaper to buy whisky maybe!!!~
What about a gentle yoga class to keep your parts moving? I know we have a lot of elderly signing up for classes for gentle mobility and some of the 80+ folks in our class feel much better because of it.
As Val said, only it's easy enough o do at home. I do chair yoga and it does loosen me up. I'm happy you still have your time with Alice. Last night we were on our own, too.
