Nothin' unusual about chores yesterday morning. It was crispy.
After two days of feeling like a super lard butt, I knew I had to get some exercise so I got out my trike and headed down the road.
The girls were still chowing when I got back.
Lunch? What else but my first turkey sandwich with a side of waldorf salad.
Gary and I were like two veggies ALL DAY LONG. Reading, napping, reading, napping.
When I went out to do evening chores, Maggie was nude and her sheet was in a heap on the ground.
How she ever got it off I will never know.
Got them all in the barn and put a nice soft cooler on her.
No more to write as I was semi comatose for the rest of the evening.
This morning Karen helped with chores.
At 1 I went down to A Different Path Gallery for the 1-3 jam session.
I'm starting to catch on a little more and could participate half of the time.
The gallery owner was there taking down a show and of course Fiona was supervising.
Left a little after three....
and drove through the campus
on my way
to the
new
dog park. The Town just finished getting it together
and I must say that it is very impressive.
Dark skies when I was heading home.
Tucked the girls in at 5. They had all rolled.
We decided to use up the leftover mashed potatoes from Friday/Thanksgiving by adding some caramelized onions and turned them into patties. Gary fried them up while I finished chores, then put them in the oven.
Breakfast for dinner. Fine with me.
Now it's all about getting out by the fire.
Night all.

It's good to take a rest when you can. At least you got out for a bike ride and some exercise and did a whole lot more than I did. The biggest thing I got accomplished today was lunge Blue a little. I'm blaming the turkey for making me tired!
The mashed potato cakes sound and look so good! That pond has a beautiful color!
Those are some mighty yummy looking potato cakes :-D.
What a day! Overnight we had rain/sleet/snow and now the sun is shining. Your food looks delicious!
