Ronin Has an In-Hand Lesson

Can't complain about the weather today, tho it did get hotter as the day went on.

The light was beautiful before I went out to the barn.

After chores I raked the indoor as Janet had a lesson this afternoon.
Around 11 Brian N. showed up with his skid steer and was ready to start loading up our manure pile.

We are so fortunate that he is willing to do this so his Mom can use it in her gigantic pumpkin garden.

We started our
rehearsal early today as Nancy and Tom were going to a concert tonight.  Little Wonder joined us for the first hour and a half.
I put him in the house and then went out to the indoor to do a quick photo shoot of Ronin at his lesson.
It was in-hand, as he threw a shoe a couple of days ago and it will be put back on tomorrow.

10 minutes later I was back in the Studio playing music.  We had a good time and have started working on several new songs.

While I was doing that, Gary made another batch of sauce.  We also defrosted our chest freezer and organized all of our winter hats, scarves etc. Time to keep going as we need to unload so much "stuff."  Evening chores as usual.

So happy that our manure pile is gone!
I did not make dinner....we went to the Diner.

Night all.
