10 Minutes of Color

That was about it this morning.  Then it turned to grey with snow showers.















 I had a leftover pork tenderloin, sliced it up and made a gravy to dump it in.  There were still a lot of onions, apples, turnips and some marinade left and it really added to the flavor.
Perfect on noodles.

 I serve it with an apple/carrot/golden raisin/walnut salad.
 I finally found a series to watch on Netflix (Dicte....Danish) and 
binged much of the afternoon in front of the fire.



 Time for a nice hot shower.

  1. We had some sun too then it turned gray with a chance of ... something. Something never came. Glad you got to rest a bit.

  3. What a gorgeous sunrise. We had a beautiful one here but it was sooo cold. However the day turned out wonderful and full of adventure.
