Get Out The Vote!

Not a bad looking morning....

Once again, the sun was shining into the kitchen....such drama.
I had no time to waste after chores, so I took a quick shower and drove into Brockport for a 10 o'clock appointment with the massage therapist.  Boy did I need it!  My neck has been very stiff for days and she just about did me in working on it.
After that, I picked up Mary and Jenny and drove to Rochester to make telephone calls, encouraging people to get out and vote on Tuesday.  The place was packed, at least 60 people and
I made about 116 calls in two hours.  This is my first time at a call center.

I was very surprised to see many people there that also
retired from the Brockport School District.
As we were leaving the city I tried to grab a quick shot of two mounted police officers,
who were both on shiny, gorgeous black horses.
While I was gone, Gary spent a few hours at Jenny's helping Scott put in a new hot water tank (which sprung a major leak last night).  Scott is a master of all things that need fixing.
When I got back to the farm, the dogs and I went to every corner of the property to gather flowers for tomorrows service for Jimmy.

When I finished arranging them it was chore time.

Tucked the girls in and it was almost dark.
Imagine what it's going to be like tomorrow night!

As Phoebe and Little Wonder are very spoiled, I made them a scrambled egg to split (along with their kibble) for dinner.
Gary and I had junk food.  I was shocked when he said he wanted pizza!
We had a coupon and got free boneless wings as a side.
Bad.Bad.Bad.
Done for now.
Night all.

  1. How great to still have so many flowers. Good luck at your friend's memorial. Such a sad loss of someone who contributed to the community.
Good thing you're drumming up enthusiasm for Hillary. I'm sorry to say I think Trump will win Ohio. My county always goes red but the enthusiasm is enormous here for Trump.

  2. Busy day. The massage seems wonderful, I could use one of those everyday! Love LW peeking around the corner, how cute is that. We all need a little pizza now and then, glad you went for it.
