The freezing part of the rain (from yesterday) disappeared, but it was very wet in the front paddock when I got out to the barn this morning.
The girls were waiting for breakfast.
Fortunately it stopped raining, but the wind was very strong and I had to put the hay next to the fence so it would not get blown all over the place. Fortunately they still had hay bags under the shed roof.
Every year at this time, hundreds of geese land in the field next to our pasture.
My little point and shoot was not strong enough to get a clear picture....but they were there!
Book ends.
Sidney looking classic.
It's a good thing I bought those flowers yesterday to brighten up the kitchen.
They
really
make
a
difference
in
the atmosphere.
Gary worked at Sara's today and after I got back from Agape
(my best day yet....20 minutes elliptical/20 minutes bike/17 minutes treadmill
with no break in between)
I took a shower and started a fire.
Waking up at 5:30am had me ready for a nap by 3.
I did not want to make dinner, but ended up with a quickie.
Salad and white pasta with caramelized onions, carrots and peas
tossed with a little olive oil, butter and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Simple and delicious.
Night all.
I just might have to watch the Syracuse game tonight.
(I went there to grad school in the dark ages)
It looks chilly willy over there. Stay warm horsies

Hi Lori, every picture tells a story. The doggy book ends are so cute. I always love seeing cats, so I was glad to see Sidney. And of course, your pasta dish looks yummy. Have a great Easter. Greetings Jo
