Falling Leaves

Well, it was about 27 degrees this morning.  Plenty of sunshine.

After chores I drove over to High Quest Acres were they were holding a tack sale.
Took lots of pictures of Western saddles to show my neighbor so she would go check them out.
 Pretty fair prices....I thought.

Got back about noon and showed Paula what I found.  One of her clients was just picking up a Corgi pup...(from a litter of 6).
 So adorable.

The trees started dropping leaves like crazy...temperature went up to the high 40s.

Finally made it back to drumming this afternoon.  It felt so good after missing a couple of weeks.

Picked up some shavings for Berlin on the way home.  We went out for dinner and I did chores at 6:30.  By the time I finished it was dark.

Time to get in front of the fire.
Night all.

  1. How beautiful! Sorry I haven't been able to visit in a while. You know how things get.

Love the photo of the lights on the porch and the first photo...Wow!

Things are changing rapidly here too. Last night and today...2 inches of rain. We needed the rain, but it took the last of the leaves!

  2. You have the most amazingly busy days and thank you for sharing the drumming. I love that sound. Corgi - cuteness, saddles - love to see all the hard work done on them. Fire - yum.....
