BLOWIN' IN THE WIND

Breakfast time...one ugmo morning.
We had very strong winds last night but the temperature was unusually warm.  Some rain too.
The girls did not care.  This morning they had their butts to the wind and were outside.
Fortunately it did not rain all day...a little spitting here and there.

I met Sally at Agape around 9:30.
Then I dropped a book on tape off at the library and went over to Apple Creek farm to get some apples for the ponies.
That did not last very long as it started to rain.

Gary and I both snoozed in front of the fire this afternoon.  I see a pattern coming on as winter approaches.

At 5:30 he went down to watch Finn and Coop....I eventually went out to do chores.
Started off picking the big pasture.

Berlin and Abbe watched....

Tucked in for the night as the temp is dropping.

Time for some leftover chili and the fire.
Night all.

  1. I love relaxing by the wood stove when the colder evenings roll in. Ours is just about ready to be fired up.

  3. Hi Lori! coming back here & seeing how you spend your day, I always think the same thing-that's how I want to live. I think it's because of my childhood love of horses & rural type places like where you live.
I was in Oneonta & Cooperstown 2 weekends ago for a wedding. OMGosh it was sooo beautiful there!
