HOT HOT HOT......

Daniela and Ariana helped me with chores this morning and I did not take one picture!  By the time we got in Cooper and Finn arrived for the day...they brought bagels.

A very hot day was on tap, so I made a call to the local spa regarding swimming opportunities.
Ariana was the first off the board.
The water temperature must have been in the 80s again...so nice.

I tried to take some action shots....some worked, some were blurry, but you get the idea.

We all got out of the pool a little early, in order to dry off.
We had a tour of Roger's home theater.
 All were impressed.

Home for lunch and some relaxation.  Gar took the kids down to Jen's and I had an appointment with the massage therapist.

It was over 90 degrees and very muggy when I did evening chores.
Did not have to cook for the kids so we had leftovers.
A simple cucumber, onion and tomato salad.
 The penne from last night.
 and our first zucchini.
Yes...we are real veggie fans.

Out at 9 to tuck in the ponies...still very hot.

Night all.

  2. Beautiful shot of the moon and the light on the barn roof. Supposed to be hot here today too. At least for us...in the upper 80s. Stay cool at the spa! Ha.

  3. We have - so far - only one zucchini, about two inches long. Lots of peas and beans, tho. Yum.

    Try and stay cool!

  4. Oh, cucumber, onion and tomato salad. That's what I'm craving. I don't have the heart for hot food in this weather. Of course, I could live on ice cream, so that's no problem. I see veggie shopping in my future.
