SUNDAY STILLS CHALLENGE - DIPS & SALSA

(I ended up making a little batch of guacamole for our daughters Super Bowl party)

Welcome to the "unprepared" for Sunday Stills. I did not look at the assignment until yesterday
and don't have any creative shots.

So here it is. If I were using salsa, it would be Roasted Sweet Pepper. If I wanted to make a dip for lime chips, I would mix it with sour cream. If I wanted a dressing for a taco salad, I would use that same dip...it is delicious on greens.

Avacados are among my favorite things to eat. In salads or as a dip (....avacado, lime juice, salsa and sour cream).

Did you ever make mango salsa from scratch? Tiny cubes of mango, red and green peppers, lime juice, a little sweet onion and cilantro.

I have all the ingredients, just didn't put them together yet....
The next time I will check on the challenge sooner. Ole!!!!
