Flashing Lights

Still dreary out there.  Mildish this morning, then rain followed by snow this afternoon.

When I turned the boys out, Rebel headed for the pasture....

and Buddy went for the hay.

After chores I got the manure out of the pastures....

and then I mulched the leaves under the willow tree.  Mid December!  Got it done before getting hit with some real snow.
I decided to make a cauliflower casserole for dinner and then took the afternoon off....again.

Rebel and Buddy were already wet from the rain and got even wetter from the snow.

I added a little more cheese and the hard boiled eggs to the casserole and popped it in the oven before going out to tuck the boys in.
When I went out, there was all kinds of activity on the road.
A car was in the field across the street and something must have happened to a school bus.  It took quite awhile for them to get things cleaned up so the traffic could pass through.
I will be so glad when it stays light longer.
Will never understand why these two don't go under the shed roof when the weather is like this.
Soaked.
Although he did not need a coat this morning, he needed it tonight since it was snowing.
The casserole tasted great.  Nice to have a vegetarian meal once in awhile.

Night all.
