We had some rain last night that stopped before I went out to the barn and ended up with some sunshine and very high winds. I'm glad I put the sheets back on the boys as the temperature dropped as the day went on.
Little Wonder snuck out the door without his black coat, but I wore my winter jacket.
I washed an extra soft bed I had in the house and put it out in the barn for Sidney. He loves the solar that comes in from that window and this is the first time I've seen him snuggled up. It's on top of all the stacked hay.
Yep. Another new blossom. This is how it looked around 9am.
After lunch I started binging the new Ted Danson series on Netflix. Gary had gone to yoga and out to lunch, but caught the last two episodes when he got home. If you are a senior citizen....you really need to watch this. When it was over I made a quick trip to Aldi's for the napkins and a couple of other things I forgot yesterday, then stopped at Heritage Bell Farm for two loaves of Carina's delicious bread.
I wonder if the wood burning stove makes these hibiscus plants think they are in a greenhouse.
By late afternoon the new blossoms looked like this.
Chores at 5.
The boys sure like to get tucked in at night.
Pancakes for supper. Just what the Doctor ordered. Simple and so good.
Night all.
