Zinneas.....

This afternoon the sun came back out and the temperature hit the low 70s.

I really appreciate Gary coming out to do the horse's water and grab the wheelbarrow.  It only takes about 5 minutes, but it makes a difference.

After chores I picked some raspberries for my pal Hanny...
and dropped them off on my way to play bridge at the library.  She lives near a beautiful pond that has been filled with geese.
There is an ocean of red in front of her house.
I had also stopped at the Town Hall to pay school taxes and then dropped off our car insurance.  All of our big bills come at the same time.
Got home around 4:30 and started gathering some veggies for dinner.  We are loaded.
Gary picked some fresh flowers for our kitchen table.  There are so many in the gardens.
I made Naan bread pizzas tonight.  White ones with Alfredo sauce.
Delicious.
Chores a little before 7.

Got the boys tucked in and am off duty.

Night all.

PS
Jenny and Sabine had a great time today!

  1. School taxes? That intrigues me. Love the bounty, edible and beautiful

  2. Are school taxes your property taxes? Rebel looks like he may have turned a corner. Five minutes does make a difference.

  3. Oh that blanket of red! It is so beautiful as are the flowers you have.

Our school taxes are included in our property taxes in our state.

Hopefully you are having a better 'foot' day!
