We have had some pretty amazing weather for the last week.
I iced Rebel after he ate his breakfast
and turned him out with the his wrap/ice still on while I cleaned the stalls.
Once again I had to walk to as far as possible to take it off. He was moving pretty well.
The man who came to rototill Gary's garlic patch did a great job....all that horse manure sure makes the soil gorgeous.
I made a quick trip to Wegmans before our rehearsal started. Everyone arrived at 1 to set up.
Little Wonder joined us. It was so hot I had to turn on the air conditioner.
Gary got a real charge of the shirt one of our members was wearing. She bought it at a Vineyard. Get it?
I have not felt great for the past week or so and think playing and singing is an upper.
Gary is on a roll with the Studio. He could not do too much (pounding) while we were practicing so he went out and got some paint.
Around 6 I noticed that Rebel had broken through his boot, so I took the rest of it off for him.
I decided to put him in without a boot or ice tonight and will start over tomorrow morning. I cleaned off his sole and hope that the air will do him some good. Here he is coming in.
I sure hope he is not a mess tomorrow morning.
Night all.
