80 degrees again.
Gary met his pals for coffee this morning, then drove to Cortland to pick up Finn after his exams were over. Post chores I picked the indoor and opened up the big doors....nice when there is a breeze.
Check out the blossoms on our apple tree. It was gifted to us in 1981 when we moved here and this is how it looks now. Last year we did not get hardly any apples. This should be bonus time.
Gary sure got these gardens in shape.
I did a few things in the yard during the afternoon and when Gary got back home we went down to catch the end of Cooper's game.
Hard to believe he is graduating.
He pitches much of the time, but tonight he played first base and center field.
In the 7th inning, Brockport was up last and they were tied 3 to 3. Bam! They got a run and won! Yay!
Boy were they happy!
Nanna Pat arranged to bring Kevin to this special game. So nice to see him getting around.
I'm sure both boys were very happy that he could finally see Coop play.
THE SENIORS
Home around 7:15 and tucked in my spoiled ponies.
Apparently I am going to have to continue cleaning stalls.
Maybe when the barn gets hot they will change their minds
Gary's 94 tomato plants are perking up. This is the first year we have grown them from our own seeds.
San Marzanos.
No big dinner. Gary grilled some white hots and that was that.
Night all.
94 tomato plants! I thought Gary was cutting back. 😄 Cooper looks grown up. The ponies have the life with you, no doubt about that.
ReplyDelete94 tomato plants?!?
ReplyDeleteI can't believe I've known you since Cooper was that little. Time flies!
