What a Surprise...

The morning was foggy, but we ended up with plenty of sunshine.

I had a 9:30 appointment with my Massage Therapist and am I glad I went.  On Saturday I tweaked my left knee and she helped me figure out what was going on (a strain) and about killed me following up the muscle.  Fortunately she put on some Arnica and I have been feeling better ever since....drinking lots of water.  On the way home I stopped at Wegmans for a few things.  Their gardens are exceptional this year.
One of our gardens looked like this.

Janet had a lesson at 3, so I went out
and raked the indoor.

The photo above was a little blurry, so I played with it.

Ronin is such a great model.
Before evening chores I started dinner.

A tiny bit of cider vinegar and brown sugar.

Polish sausage, onions, sauerkraut, noodles ( I had shells) and a mushroom soup/sour cream sauce.
Baked it while I went out to feed the ponies.
Much to my surprise!!!!!!Rebel and Ronin were grooming each other!

Now that's a switch!

Little Wonder was enjoying the attention he was getting from Janet.
Dinner....the polish dish and some homemade applesauce.  Different and delicious.
Night all.

  1. We have a chilly, sunny morning. Autumn is arriving. Ronin a a handsome fellow for sure. Rebel has decided if he can't beat him he may as well join him!

  2. As you well know, horses are social animals and need friends and security. Horses do not like to always be moved. I think Ronin should stay with his friends at Skoog farm and be safe, secure and happy with his little herd.
