Parched

Perfect weather today.  70 degrees and not too much humidity.  I decided to mow since the temperature is going up for the next couple of days.

Gary was overjoyed to be repairing a section of fence.

We are still in need of rain....lots of it.

Dinner was delicious.  Potato salad, cucumber/tomato/green onion salad with vinegar/oil, and some little grilled boneless pork chops.
What a great blend of flavors,
Night all.

  1. Day Lilies, that deep burgundy is gorgeous, and a Yucca ? as well. looks dry, we had rain all night down here, and fire was lit early this morning. I am getting quite crafty at not bending over to set the fire or add wood, 2 weeks with restrictions, a small price for good eyesight. Thank goodness I can kneel and get up again!!!

  2. We have been hot and humid. 90 tomorrow, then a couple of days in the 80s. Unless the forecast changes we then have 2 weeks in the 90s. I'm thinking I'm living in Atlanta again. Dinner does look good.
