#7359 Bridge Today

Nice and cool this morning.  I sure have a lot more energy when it's like this.

The pastures have been exceptional this summer.  Between the rain, high temps and the humidity they have stayed nice and green.

At 1pm Gary dropped me off at the library
to play duplicate bridge.
My partner was Lorna and we did not have exceptional cards.....however,
We played better than the others and came in 1st!
Home by 4.
Today's bounty.

I offered Lorna some tomatoes, so she came up at 6:30 and introduced us to her 7 month old pup, Gus.
He was full of beans.

I had made a quick trip to Weggies and we ended up having "Danny's Favorite" for dinner with some chips.
Now it's time to read my Grisham book.
Night all.

  1. Dannies favorite,….one of our favorites from Wegmans. Glad you had a break from cooking all your wonderful meals. Kathy

  2. Your place looks amazing. Its wet and cool here.
My pastures are starting to go dormant, but that is usual for this time of year.
