It was sunny when Little Wonder and I went out to do chores. That sure didn't last long.
It ended up being very grey.
I decided to make some soup before going in for a 1:30 Mammogram.
I've made it once before and it was superb.
For some reason Sidney and Little Wonder spent at least 2 hours sacked out on the bed.
A little before one in started to snow.
When I left the farm for my appointment it was one big whiteout for about 8 miles.
Because of Covid, I had to wait in my car until my appointment and then went in, spoke to the receptionist, had the mammogram and was out in about 15 minutes. My results were emailed to me an hour later! Talk about efficiency. Fortunately everything was normal.
The temperature was about 30 degrees and the snow was sticking.
I checked on Berlin when I got home, as the rest of the herd was in the indoor.
Gave her a carrot and tried to get her under the shed roof but she was not having it.
Sidney was still on the bed....
Gary and Jen went down to Finn's football game that started at 6.
You might know we would have snow.
I stayed home to watch it on my computer and had dinner.
Salad....
and the soup was delicious.
Now it's time to get back out by the fire.
Night all.
Wow! Look at that snow!
ReplyDeleteGlad the mammo went on without a hitch.
We had snow a couple of times but just fluffy stuff that didn't bother with sticking around at all.
I made cream of chicken soup for our place on our cold days. It doesn't look half as good as your meals though!
Doing the happy dance that all turned out okay!
