After chores I mowed for a couple of hours and have more to go in the biggest pasture.
Maybe tomorrow......
I had a 2pm meeting and when it was over I delivered some garlic to a couple of friends.
Other than doing laundry this morning, I did not accomplish a whole lot.
Fortunately we had leftover rice and shish ke bobs so dinner was easy.
I only had to make a tomato/onion/crumbly blue salad.
We ate before I went out to do evening chores. Karen and I switched today
so she could go golfing.
The temperature went up to 85 and it was a little humid.
I must need some rest, as I am not running on all cylinders.

The pastures look great. We need to do ours too. Unfortunately, the tractor is broken and we've been waiting for weeks for them to come and fix it. Every time we call we are told "you're on the schedule." Hope we move up sooner than later.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could mow pastures, alas...rocks trees and steep hillsides prevent any real mowing. I wish I could brush hog the front pastures though.
