Still Takin' It Easy

At 8am the man arrived to patch our roof.  It is such a disaster he recommended that it all be replaced.  Just a few months ago we did the other half....here we go again.
I must say that I feel much better when I am outside doing chores.

I had all these visions of curling up under a blanket when I heard a knock on the door.
This sweet couple wanted 4 bunches of rhubarb so I went out to the garden instead.
By 11 I had done a couple of steamers to clear my head and then took a very hot shower
and put on my pjs.

After that it was curtains.  The dogs and I spent the afternoon sacked.

Gary worked at Sara's today and his last delivery was to our house.
Pea gravel.
We are going to fill in this area and will include a brick walkway.
The list of work we have to do is getting very long.....

I did manage to come up with leftovers for dinner.
Last night I was into Lipton Noodle Soup!!!!
 Night Åll!

  3. I think I had one of those colds...ewwww it was bad. I did feel better like you when I was outside doing things. But still had to take some long and serious naps.
Hope you start feeling better very soon. It stinks to have a cold in the spring.
