Downhill....

Another crazy day full of all kinds of weather and very strong winds
that picked up as the day went on.

Jenny and Scott joined us for dinner.
The salad....romaine, marinated asparagus, onion, cherry tomatoes and a hard boiled egg.

Along with that, we had spaghetti/meatballs and crusty bread.
This time I bought and served a piece of cheese straight from Italy with no wood pulp in it.
We grated it ourselves and boy, was it worth it.
As we finished eating, it started pouring outside and the temperature dropped drastically.
We could have snow before morning.
Night all.

  1. Isn't the wood pulp in so-called Parmesan ridiculous? I am sure the real thing was much better!

  2. I bought a block of parmesan the other day but haven't tried it yet. Maybe tonight! Good to catch back up with you a little. What a whirlwind the last two weeks have been :-o.
