Today was all about ponies and pizza.
It's been a long time since I organized a night out with friends....and tonight should be the first of many. For a couple of years 12-15 of us would meet for lunch at various restaurants in the area...maybe once every 4-6 weeks. It's time for us to get back in the groove.
This was a pretty spontaneous evening. Roger and Tina were game to try out Tavern 19, and I started making calls to others. 15 showed up.
For me, there is no greater pleasure than spending time with friends (and family). I can't imagine moving away from our community and leaving this all behind.
Since I've taken you to Tavern 19 before, you probably know what we had for dinner.
Seven wood fired pizzas coming up....
