Out of the Office Today (Round 2)

Another cold night, but we ended up in the 70s this afternoon.  Clear and beautiful.

At 10:30 I drove over to High Quest Acres for a fundraiser/tack/baked food sale to benefit The Purple Pony...a therapeutic riding program that will be moving to the Double G Ranch at the end of the month.

I was on the hunt for hay nets and found 3 plus a hay bag....and a pecan pie.

Home for a few minutes, then off to drumming.

Back at the farm by 4 and switched the horse's pastures...fair is fair.  That way Angel and Maggie have a chance for more grass.

At 5 Gary and I dropped off some soup and a piece of pecan pie at Sally's, then we went over to a spaghetti dinner sponsored by Pro Brockport.
This group has been in existence for a short period of time, but has done an enormous amount of work to make Brockport a better place to live.

Two different groups provided music....
 and the food was great.
Gary donated peppers, onions, basil and Italian parsley to help Rudy Aceto make his special sauce.  Other business establishments and individuals also made donations.

The Chief of Police and his wife served the entire time.  I see it as a real commitment to this community.
Everyone was full and happy!  Thank you Pro-Brockport, for this first class event.
Tucked the horses in when we got home...can hardly keep my eyes open.
What ticks me off, is that I had to do this entire post twice...the first time it didn't work.  Ugh!!!!
Night all.
