Cool Today-Hot Tomorrow

Down right cold this morning....should have worn a jacket.
Lorrie and I did chores quickly...she had a driving lesson and the farrier was here to trim Abbe and Berlin by 8:30.

We were taking up a lot of space, so Moon got tacked up in the run-in.

My girls were totally cooperative for Stephanie.  She is very considerate of them and it is appreciated, especially by 29 year old Berlin, who was full of beans this morning while she was waiting in the stall.

Of course I had to unload some peaches...
Gary stacked 5 face cords of wood.  This cool weather has been perfect for outside work.

Spent the afternoon with friends and then got things ready for Cooper's birthday dinner.
Chores at 5.

Gary grilled some bbqued pork and a couple pieces of chicken.
A Saint Tim salad with peaches and nectarines....
 Homemade applesauce for the boys....

 and lomain.

It's pretty obvious that Gary must have been talking about something big.

Coop requested brownie sundaes for dessert.

 Yes, they were totally yummy.
Gary went to a meeting at the college and the crew went home around 8.
Time for me to get under a blanket and start reading.
Night all.
