Worked up a sweat at Agape....
renewed a book at the library....
filled up my car with gas....went to Weggies....and headed home.
Started on tomorrow nights dinner as we are supposed to have visitors.
Auntie Reg and Thecrazysheeplady are comin' up from Kentuck.
So this is what you are having....(yes, it is vegetarian).
On top of some big, fat pasta.
Fortunately the sun came out and all the snow melted....windier than heck.
Evening chores at 6:30.
The three little piggies were ready to go in.
Sidney was happy to get inside too.
Leftover soup for dinner with apples and sharp cheddar cheese...even had a piece of Johnny Cake.
Now, I really need to go by the fire.
Night all.
Here's today's report from Daytona.
I think they must miss the snow we keep having up here.
Oh my yes for a minute I got confused from blizzards to bikinis lol
ReplyDeleteYou have to do something about your weather. Ugmo!! Perfect pasta weather, though, and yours always looks so good.
ReplyDeleteI wonder when your weather will finally break! Oh Florida looks perfect.
ReplyDeleteI do believe the winds have blown over to our house Lori. Super windy however with blue skies...thank you muchly.
ReplyDeleteDaytona Beach looks deserted almost...no matter I could take that very easily!
Hope the flakes have stopped and April warmth is starting up!
Ron
Ha! yeah, I am sure they really really miss the snow because they look so unhappy & homesick!
ReplyDelete; )
Speaking of which, don't you love a day that starts off with snow but ends with sunshine? nature seems to always be showing us how quickly things can change.
Wind and spring seem to go hand in hand. Glad the snow didn't last long!
ReplyDeleteThey sure do look like they wish they were freezing in a blizzard! Poor kids having to suffer in the sun and the surf.
ReplyDeleteWindy here too but it's sunny at least.
Like Willow above, I had to scroll up and down again to get a grip on the snowy weather and lithe bikini clad bodies! I'm sure they miss your divine cooking Lori. I hope the summer weather arrives real soon. Hugs Jo
ReplyDeleteLucky Aunt Reg and CrazySheepLady!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe how uncrowded Daytona looks. Here we're getting a stinging sleet. Yuck.
Those poor Fla visitors, having to deal with all that sun and warmth . . . xx
ReplyDeleteWoah what's going on?! Crazy sheep lady Sara and Auntie Reg have you out doing Jell-O shots or something? Haha! Hope dinner was fabulous and they arrived safely!
