THE GAZILLION CALORIE MEAL

 Quite a cool down today...by 20 degrees.
Sidney surfaced and went into the grooming room to eat.
Sophie was keeping an eye on me from the very top of the barn.

I put a crate on the porch to Gary's barn and Lily was in it within 5 minutes.
The sky was blue only for a short time.

Rebedded the North/South run in and was not all that productive this afternoon.

Went to the Massage Therapist for a 3pm appointment.  They got a new fish tank....
Jill had chore duty....Gary and I picked up Brenda and Al and went out to Frieda Lynns for a dinner party with the garden club.  Frieda does everything....set up, cooking, baking, serving and clean up, all in a private home.   There were 20 of us.  You can select the entree and then she comes up with the sides.  All served family style.

It was a royal pig out.  We had....Roast Beef with carmalized onions and baby carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy, tomato casserole, corn casserole, broccoli casserole, fruit salad, coleslaw, cinnamon buns/rolls....followed by a choice of desserts....banana cream pie, cheese cake topped with berries, cherry pie and a brownie pie with all kinds of chocolate and whipped cream.  I felt fine until we had dessert.  Ouch.
Night all.  I hope I recover by morning.

  1. Oh, my goodness - that is a lot of yummy food!

We are sharing your chill. Breezy and cold when I took Maizie to the bus stop this morning. Today is my day to ride Pie - he will be up! I think your kitties have the right idea.
