We arrived a little after 1pm.
Carol greeted us from the floor of the living room where she was keeping her leg elevated (before we got there)
Conditions were ideal for playing in the water.
After Jenny and the 4 kids arrived, we headed over to pick up the boat.
It was docked near the Brockport Yacht Club.
This young man was fishing on the rocks as we headed out to the lake.
Jenny and Ariana were waiting for us in the water.
Then, we were off and running.
Ariana was the first to try tubing.
Then it was Daniela's turn.
Faster! Faster!
Cooper was game if Mommy would go with him.
Finn was watching out for them.
We took a brief shore break and went back out for round 2.
Cooper, Finn and Daniela all had a chance to drive the boat (but not when I was tubing).
Then it was time to put the boat away.
Back to the house to check on Carol...
and time to get out the kayaks.
and the big fat inner tube.
Quite an afternoon. Thank you Carol and Topper!
How cool is that? What a fun day.
ReplyDeleteI am so horrendously jealous! It is so awful here and no break in sight. That water looks so welcoming...
ReplyDeleteYour followers are now all "green" (that would be from envy). Looks like you had a great time enjoying the sun, water, and friends & family. Pretty flowers too. Monday again--have a good week. Mickie ;)
