Mowing Again

Another crispy morning.  Can't believe all the sunshine we have had.

Little Wonder and I started off in slow.  Gary went to yoga and out to lunch.

As soon as the grass dried off I started mowing (and mulching leaves).  Little Wonder was out with me for two hours.

Gary still has more garlic to plant.

He has started bring wood and kindling up to the kitchen porch and this is the third night we have had a fire.

Dinner was an instant replay.
Earlier today I had the pleasure of speaking with a good friend from Kentucky, who will be coming for a visit on Friday.  Really looking forward to it.  She has a sheep farm and sent a whole bunch of wool up here to get processed so she can spin it.  Knits the most beautiful sweaters you have ever seen.  She also has a blog...that's how we met many years ago.  We have been communicating all this time and she and her husband have visited our farm many times.  http://myfavoritesheep.blogspot.com
Night all.

  1. You two will have so much to talk over, joy and sadness all together, her knitting and her blog are so wonderful. Please pass on greetings from down south in NZ.
