We are still in that crispy morning groove.
Mid morning I decided to see how I felt getting back on my trike. It was so windy when I headed west, I only made it for a mile and a half. Even tho I had on a hooded sweatshirt and a fleece jacket with a hood I was freezing until I turned around to go home.
Had lunch, took a shower and went to the library for bridge. Felt pretty good. Picked up a couple of tickets for a fundraiser being held there.....AFTER HOURS AT THE LIBRARY.
I was great until the last hand (we came in last) and then I had a coughing fit! So embarrassed.
Gary did a lot of work in the kitchen garden...a major headstart on next spring.
He has started saving seeds.
I have continued to do research on sodium and potassium and have figured out how to leach potatoes so I can have them once in awhile.
Also made pork medallions
and a green salad.
Almost a normal dinner.
Last night Andrea sent me this photo of Buddy and he is looking so good. Probably wonders where in the heck I have been. Can't wait to get out there for a good grooming.
Night all.

Gosh, Buddy looks great as do your gardens. We had that wind and it was pretty rough. However we are to get into the 80's on Saturday, ... yuck.
ReplyDeleteThe gardens and Buddy look great! It sounds like you are slowly feeling better.
