38 degrees!
Sara and Tim will be here on Friday (friends from Kentucky) overnight so I thought I would make a vegetarian lasagna for dinner.
Realized that I forgot the mozzarella cheese and had to make a trip to Wegmans. Then I forgot to take a photo of what I put together. It weighed a lot....so big.
At 1 I was at the library for bridge and remembered that we were supposed to be playing at the new home of Andrea and Skip. She greeted us with a delicious dessert and there were 3 tables for duplicate.
Home around 4:30 and chores a little before 6.
So late we decided to go down to the Diner for Reuben Sandwiches.
Gary spent a lot of time cleaning out the gardens. The 11 raised beds are all set for next spring and he picked some flowers.
Glad I did not have to cook.
Night all.
Brrrrr.....I'm not sure that even with a hat I would have been comfy! BTW, I started chuckling while watching your video....you capture the rare and elusive "pushmi pullyu" from Dr. Doolittle!
ReplyDeleteThat cake looks delicious! I'd like the lasagna if you left out the mushrooms. I really don't like them. 😉 Our weather is up and down. We were having highs in the low 50s and now we are back to upper 60s and even some 70 degrees thrown in there.
