An Extra Spa Day

Yet another grey, rainy day.

As per usual, Rebel went straight out to the grass and Buddy toured the barn.

Back in the house for a short time, then Jenny's friend Jenny Ames and her family stopped up to see the horses.  Joey was home for a few days and he brought along his girlfriend who is a horse person, so the whole family stopped up for a visit.  They brought us some delicious donuts from the Rochester Public Market.

Of course the boys behaved themselves and were treated to carrots and cookies.

They each were groomed and Jenny picked their feet.

While we were doing that, Dunn's Furniture delivered the new bed I bought a couple days ago.  This will be Sabine's bedroom when she comes over from Germany in August.  She first came here 39 years ago as an exchange student and we our happy that she can be with us for 19 days.

After everyone left, Gary took us out to lunch at Grinds.

I worked on the bedroom when we got home and then took it easy.

Chores at 7:30.

This time we ate a later dinner.  Soft tacos.

So simple and so good.
