Taking It Easy

Back in our normal groove.  Today the weather was pretty blah and in the low 40s.

Once again Buddy wanted to wander into Rebel's stall before going out to the pasture.

They must have been watching something in the back forty.

I did not put the sheets back on the horses as we did not have rain.  I've got morning chores down to a science.  Only takes me about 40-45 minutes.
Yet another new blossom today.  The conditions in the kitchen must be perfect.  Because of our wood burning stove, I do have to water the plants more often.
Little Wonder could not get enough nap time on the couch.

I had to drag my butt away from the fire and made a quick trip down to Wegmans.   Didn't I forget to buy napkins! The sky was very dramatic coming and going.

Watched the end of the Kansas City football game and then went out to do chores.  So dark.
The boys are always waiting for me in the front paddock.

Even tho it was totally dark when I finished, the camera in my phone picked up some great light.

We had the casserole that I made yesterday for dinner.  It tasted especially good with all the lemon juice in the stock from the chicken I roasted.  We also had some challah bread and a salad with spinach, bananas, grapes and oranges.  So good.

No plans for the upcoming week except for Thanksgiving.  Should be very relaxing.
Night all.

  1. You with no plans? Amazing!! It's cloudy, 27 and we have a dusting of snow. Low tonight is 17. Minnesota is finally acting like Minnesota. Your dinner looks good.
