Some sunshine...temperature in the high 30s. I took advantage and refilled the water trough. In the winter we keep the hose at the house so it's not frozen when we need to do this.
The sky was gorgeous for a short time.
A little after 10 Chet arrived bringing goodies from a local bakery and a loaf of his famous raisin bread.
We talked for 2 hours straight!
Gary had gone out to breakfast with his pals and he did some outside work this afternoon. My buddies and I took it easy.
Buddy and Rebel looked so depressed when I went out for evening chores. They were muddy and just waiting to get inside.
I could not be more sick of all the mud and digging it out of their feet every night.
Thawed out some leftover chicken and gravy, put it on some mashed potatoes and added a salad with pears and apples. Simple and quick.
We could be getting some bad weather this weekend....but Buffalo could get slammed. The Bills are playing Pittsburgh and it's going to feel like 10 or 15 degrees with plenty of snow. 70,000 people are going to be freezing their butts off at the game.
Night all.
You need some snow so they can take snow baths!
ReplyDeleteYes, mud stinks. Thankfully we are frozen now and deep in at least 20+ inches of snow.
Mark told me the trouble heading your way. That game could get interesting! The bakery goods looks so good to me. We are cold and cloudy.
