Sunshine, high winds and melting. Fortunately Gary stayed overnight in the hospital last night so he could do a second pt today. Got him home at five and I could not believe how well he was doing. No problem getting in and out of the car and he did very well going up the stairs with a crutch and railing (to get in the house). He will be off duty for awhile, but actually set the table for dinner.
I had to bribe Little Wonder to get out of bed this morning.
Sidney was absorbing the sunshine when it hit the porch on Gary's barn.
I got things organized around the house, went to Wegmans and gave the ponies more hay before going to the hospital to pick up Gary.
Can't believe we change the clocks on Sunday.....spring ahead.
The sky was gorgeous tonight.
Gary checked on the mail before dinner.
I roasted a chicken so we can have leftovers for a few days.
Yum!
Night all.
Glad all is well and tonight will be a good night rest for Gary in his own bed. It’s amazing how good he is doing. Kathy
ReplyDeleteI like how all your horses look so warm and cozy in their coats, and that is great how Gary is healing quickly.
ReplyDeleteThat certainly went well for Gary! Kudos!
ReplyDeleteYum indeed! That's amazing that Gary is doing this well. Staying active helps, he's proof. LW didn't look interested is getting out of bed!
ReplyDeleteGreat news, now you can both have a rest in the daytime together , wishful thinking I know.
