We’ve had a nice stretch of good weather but looks like the cold temps are coming this weekend. My potato leek soup came out perfect! I loved it. Thanks again for sharing your recipe. I made a large batch so was able to give some to my kids and a little container to an elderly friend who loves soup. Kathy
