We finally had a day in the 70s without so much humidity.
I've been going out a little earlier to beat the heat and think I will keep doing that....back in the house by 8 for some cereal and fresh blueberries.
We have so many flowers in bloom right now....and most of them have not been watered.
The gardens look pretty wild.
I mowed the rest of the lawn and am hoping it will return to the lush green that has disappeared.
Rode my trike over to the north garden and picked some cucumbers and green beans that I put in the basket. Handy,.
At 1 I went to Hanny's for an afternoon of bridge...so relaxing and my partner (Lorna) and I had spectacular cards.
We had no bake blueberry pie for dessert and it was the best I have ever had!
Things were pretty quiet in the village as I drove to Wegmans before going home.
Gary had picked a bucket of green beans while I was gone.
I'm sure the ponies loved the weather today.
Little Wonder was much happier!
Dinner included greens, blueberries, nectarines, bananas, green onions, crumbly blu, grilled corn on the cob and another batch of BBCued Beans (there are so many!). We reached our qutoa for the day.
Night all.
I knew you would cool down! I mowed about 1/3 of the yard today. It was about 80 but not as humid. My flower beds need water, we have another prediction of rain tomorrow evening but it never happens. Your grass is greener than mine, we are brown. Dinner sounds refreshing.
