Bitter Cold

The early sun was amazing this morning, but we ended up with temperatures in the 30s with wind and a few snow flurries.

At 10:30 I drove Little Wonder down to the groomers.  Of course his feet were still dirty.  Instead of coming home I went to the library and picked up a new Grisham book, then did a little shopping at Wegmans.  This time, he did not have a lot of hair taken off.
I started a fire when we got home and spent the afternoon in front of it.

Gary ventured out to split some wood.  Having a fire in the kitchen makes cold weather so much easier to handle.

Dinner....a yummy salad and leftover chili.

Night all.

  1. Dear Lori, once again you have me thinking of eating and reading and simply being. Thank you. Happy Advent! Peace.
