#7374 Avocado Toast

It got a little warmer today....83 degrees.

After chores I took a shower and went down to Brockport to meet a friend for lunch.
Then I went to the Town Hall to pay our school taxes and stopped at Jenny's to let Buster out for a potty break.

My last stop was Wegmans.
At 3, the new farrier arrived to trim Rebel and check on Berlin.  I was totally impressed with the way she was with the horses and Rebel's feet looked great. Berlin did not need a trim today, but Sara checked her feet and will come back when needed.

Can you believe that Gary decided to take a break (he has been trimming around the windmill for two days so we can fill in the dug well that is under it) in front of the manure pile?
Spoke to Jenny a little before 5 and met her down at the Homecoming parade to watch Cooper in the marching band.  He's going to be very busy tonight, as they will play throughout the game.

No big dinner.  Avocado toast, a tomato/onion/cucumber salad and some pickled beets.
I really need to read my book.
Night all.
PS
We were offered a gig in the spring that calls for some 50s music!  Wouldn't that be fun?
Do you have some favorites from that era?
