Post #7076 Thanksgiving...A Feast For Foodies

Honey Brined Turkey Breast
(dry rub herbs, shallots, lemons, rosemary and parsley from the garden, Pinot Grigio, basted with butter)
Waldorf salad
Rice Pudding
Dry Stuffing
Carrots wrapped in bacon brushed with maple syrup
Cranberry orange relish
Gravy (with all the lemons in the pan drippings, it had a chicken French flavor)
Pumpkin Pie

A different combo, but delicious!
Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving.
Night all.

  1. OMG what a feast you prepared! All of it looks so yummy as usual. The carrots wrapped in bacon intrigue me. Kathy

  2. Phew, did you sit at the table for some time after that delicious feast, or just plain roll off to bed!!! Looks so yummy, hope you both enjoyed it all, and I guess some 4 legged friends were waiting for a leftover.

  3. No kidding a feast for foodies! I took a photo of my food and sent it to my son, I was so proud of my meal! He sent me a photo of his pizza.
What an amazing cook you are!
