And the Rains Came...

last night and off and on today...so nice for the lawn and gardens.

A little clematis blossom emerged after it had a drink.

While it was raining, Little Wonder, Phoebe and I went down to Tractor Supply
to pick up a hoof supplement for Rebel.  He needs it (ever since that injury
in March to his pastern).  He developed a pretty good crack when he
went back to camp and has shoes back on in the front.

I spent from 1:30 to almost 5:30 singing.
All of a sudden we have 3 gigs coming up and we are trying to
get our act together.  Two Farm Markets and in September,
a Harvest Festival.
We had to make a few adjustments, but overall
it was a pretty good rehearsal.
Doug has been a great contributor...with all his experience
we really appreciate his tips.
 Dinner?
Leftover chicken, pasta salad, deviled eggs and a cucumber/tomato/onion salad.
The peaches I bought at the market last Sunday were nice and soft
so I made a rustic tart.
Can't wait to taste it!
Night all.

  1. Dear Lori, such a lovely post with the jazz and the Doo Wop, the animals and the food and the singing and harmonizing. Left me feeling really mellow! Peace.
