The rain melted all the snow last night.
The "pond" in the pasture was even bigger and as soon as the ponies went out there
it started raining again.
Then the sun came out....
Then it really poured!
At 10 I headed down to the Community Center to check out the Craft Fair.
The gym was packed with vendors and the parking lot was full.
Cindy and Carl put in a lot of effort to make this event such a success.
I got back to the farm just in time to turn around and go to our Sunday Jam.
Here are a few of the songs we sang....
The sun was amazing this afternoon.
When I got back to the farm I took the dogs out for a potty break and discovered that the top half of the window that was shattered last week was also in pieces in and outside of the indoor. It took me over half an hour to pick up all the pieces. Can't figure out how this happened.
I wish all of November had been like this. So far we have had at least four
extra weeks of winter.
Of course the outdoor arena had to be flooded again.
A quick freeze and we will be ice skating.
At 4:30 Gary reminded me that Cooper was playing with the band in the light
parade tonight, so for the third time today I went back to Brockport.
There were a gazillion people lining the streets and you could not find a parking spot.
Gary dropped me off and parked back on the campus.
I could not resist taking a couple of photos at Arjuna.
Allison had the place looking magical!
Jenny finally found a parking spot and I met her on the corner of Main and State.
She was with her neighbors and their dog Ben.
How very sweet. The Methodist Church was giving away free coffee and hot chocolate. They even opened up their bathrooms to this crowd!
The parade started at 5.
Hey Brooke!
Is was to dark to get a good video of Cooper. Wait for it and you will see him.
There was a real sense of community in our town tonight
and after the parade, a tree lighting in Sagawa Park.
We ate at the Diner with some friends and got home around 7:15.
Gary continued painting much of the day and now we are ready to do nothing.
Night all.
So I was snowed in and Iced in this weekend. I missed so many Craft Fairs and fun things going on. However I can enjoy it through your blog!
