A Day For So Many Birthday Celebrations!

First of all, we had a good soaking rain last night!
It was so nice and cool this morning I had to wear a sweatshirt.  What a relief.

All the gardens needed a big drink like this.

Gary and Ariana left at 7:30 this morning for Jamestown and a Swedish Festival.

At 10 I went down to the Farm Market as 5 of us were playing from 10:30-noon.
It was touch and go weather-wise, but it all worked out.

Spent the afternoon at home.  Jen and the boys were back at the
baseball tournament in Greece and did not have the greatest game.
I got home around 12:30 and eventually made coleslaw to take to
Scott's Mom's for dinner.

The gardens there were positively gorgeous.
We had pulled pork for dinner
and a birthday cake from Jackson's Bakery.
Delicious.
At this time of the year, Donna and Steve have a special celebration for
Chase , Jenny and Scott .

All the kids played ball in the front yard.
Finn and Coop have to be exhausted after all the games they played this weekend.

 Back home by 7:30.

There was a beautiful sunset, but I did not have the energy
to get in the car and chase it.
 Night all.

PS
There were two more special birthdays today!
Daniela is now sweet 16 and Baba (her other grandmother)
shared the same birthdate!!!
Such a beautiful girl....Inside and out!

  1. The news anchors are complaining about the rain, but like you, I see the need for it, and am grateful we've had some - We'll see if I feel that way by Thursday! :-)

Enjoy your week, and happy birthday to all those in your life who are celebrating!
