It was in the high 30s this morning and it took awhile for the sun to come out.
When I walked into the front paddock, more shingles had fallen off Gary's barn roof. So far we have not heard back from the roofer to see about getting it repaired. That wind storm we had in March caused a ton of damage in this area.
As you can see, it was a little windy.....
Class at 10:30.
We had a very special guest!
Tina brought Duffy with her. He has grown like crazy.
Phoebe wanted no part of him unless treats were involved.
Little Wonder, on the other hand, wanted to play.
(Tina's model)
Len brought in three paintings to work on.
He has a show coming up and they are all still in progress (beautiful!).
Carina stopped in for a bread delivery.
Not too many orders for next week as several people were not in class today.
This afternoon I took a quick ride out to the new house in the back 40 and got a tour.
Elizabeth and Jeremy are moving in this weekend. With all the rain we've had,
their pond is looking good. And guess what! They have 5 Yorkies! Can't wait to meet them.
Shawn C. brought over a piece of equipment and it picked up all the stones that were in our grass. Now I should be able to mow it. He also added more stone to the driveway.
Gary worked at Sara's, then went to Jen's to help with the last section of the driveway.
It's done!!!!! They busted their butts on this project and it is going to be gorgeous!

I dined on leftovers and had a workshop meeting at the Town Hall.
We have a fire going tonight and I am not looking forward to the rain we are supposed to get over the next two days.
Night all.
Duffy is gorgeous. I love collies. We had so many as I was growing up and they are wonderful dogs.
ReplyDeleteI have got to get one of those stone picker upper machines...I've been trying to get our yard cleared to no avail. However we have not dried out enough for me to really get at it.
