Break Out The Snow Blower....

We probably got between 5 and 6 inches, but it was wet on the bottom.

I left the farm a little before 11 and did not get home until after 4!
First I went to Agape.
After that I went to a meeting at The Lodge on the Canal.
A quick stop at Sally's....
then Wegmans.  They were all set for Valentines Day.

 We had a delicious dinner.
Turkey Reuben Balboas and roasted potatoes.
Normally we go to Barber's for Balboas, but tonight I decided to make my own version.
One small Hoagie Roll, Swiss Cheese, sauerkraut (boiled, rinsed, placed in pan with sauteed onions...added a little cider vinegar and brown sugar....put in oven/covered), organic turkey and homemade Russian dressing (sour cream/mayo/ketchup/relish).
Put it all together and threw it in the pannini maker until everything melted together.
So good.
Now it's going to be me and the fire.

As you can see, there are times when Phoebe stands up to Little Wonder.
Night all.

  1. By the fire is the place to be. We had about fourteen inches over the weekend and today 40-50 mile an hour winds. Fun stuff. Love a good Rueben, yours looks delicious.
